Rolmacon Global Ltd project managed this new facility to manufacture an initial 3000 rollers per annum for Martak’s own Shrimp Peeling Rubber Rollers. Its location is near the most Western point of the North American Continent, at Paradise, St Johns, Newfoundland Canada.

The objective was to have a purpose built operation that would deliver efficient, cost saving benefits with consistent high quality production values; including the introduction of ISO9001/2015.

After careful planning the actual lead time from “Before” to “After” was 6 months and has created new jobs for the Town. The development of new business has already been achieved with the Factory being able to diversify into other FDA approved Rubber Covered Rollers. This includes a fast turnaround service for the North Atlantic Fishing Fleet.
